By using RevivedKicks' sneaker restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
RevivedKicks provides professional sneaker cleaning, restoration, and customization services in Howard County, Maryland. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning of all sneaker materials
- Sole restoration and un-yellowing treatments
- Midsole repainting and touch-ups
- Protective coating application
Pricing & Payment
- All pricing is provided on a per-item basis after inspection
- A quote will be provided before any work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash and major payment methods
Drop-off & Pick-up
- Items must be dropped off at an agreed-upon location
- Turnaround time varies based on the service required
- You will be notified when your sneakers are ready for pick-up
- Items not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues beyond our control.
Photos & Marketing
We may photograph your sneakers for before/after documentation. If you consent, these images may be used on our website and social media to showcase our work. We will always ask permission before using identifiable images in marketing materials.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before work has begun for a full refund. Once restoration work has started, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
